In a heartbeat was formed in October 2007 to try and make a difference – acknowledging that “A life without cause is a life without effect”.

We, like many others have always been interested in trying to make a difference but it just seemed like it was about time to get committed – being interested was no longer enough. Again, like so many others we have so much to be grateful for – so many things which we take so much for granted. It is only when we start to list the things we do have that we realise how lucky we truly are. We often underestimate our health, family, material belongings, secure community and so on and so forth.
  • Helping Hand

This fund was set up for times when we hear about situations where we cannot just sit back and do nothing. In a heartbeat has a separate fund purely to support one off cases where we cannot simply sit back.
  • Goody Box

Goody Boxes are just that – a box full of goodies! We can easily forget how fortunate we are and how much we have around us. The Goody Box is a way of giving something back to the local community – to those whose need is greater than ours.
